Three main types of organically grown produce are available from Nishnabona Naturals:
Perenial crops: Apples, hazelnuts, seedless table grapes, sour pie cherries, apricots. Raspberries, blueberries, strawberries. Asparagus, rhubarb, herbs (basils, oreganos, rosemary). Live plants (daylilies , iris, zinnia, the most rare "Jack in the Pulpit", tiger lilies, marigold, daffodils, herbs, raspberry cane, spearmint, seedless grape vines, hostas and wygelia, crabapple, lilacs, honeysuckle bush, curly willow, pussy willow and fanning pussy willow, for flower arranging).
Annual crops: A wide variety of colorful salad greens (leaf lettuce, romaine, parsley, arrugula, mesclun mix, cilantro). A wide variety of edible greens (beet, collards, kale, mustard, turnip). Standard and heirloom tomatos. Several varieties of radish, winter and summer squash, colorful gourmet potatoes (red meat, blue meat, white meat, purple majesty, red and purple skin), sweet potatoes, several varieties of mild, hot and salad peppers (green, yellow, red, jalapeno, habanero, Anaheim, banana, poblano). Fresh and dried herbs. Parsnips, turnips, beets, carrots. Broccoli, cauliflower, watermelon, the rare moon and stars watermelon, the fragrant Hoagen melon, canteloupe, muskmelon. Kohlrabbi, green beans, dried beans and fresh berries.
Preserved and cold stored produce: Jams (apple butter, strawberry/rhubarb, raspberry/rhubarb, raspberry, cherry). Jellies (apple, grape, mixed fruit). Sauces (apple, rhubarb, raspberry, cherry, tomato sauce, salsa). Syrups (raspberry, strawberry, apricot, cherry). Root crops cold stored (parsnip, turnip, sweet potato, gourmet potatoes, beets). Cold stored apples. Frozen (rhubarb, sweet corn, berries). Canned vegetables and fruits (stewed tomatos, catsup, salsa, tomato juice, pears). Dehydrated (apple candy slices, dried tomato slices).
